We’ve been a little quiet—but only because things have been very busy behind the scenes!

​

It’s been a year of incredible growth and achievements, and we’re so proud of the progress we’ve made. One of the biggest highlights has been the ongoing development of our knowledge and skills, especially with over a year of dedicated personal supervision. The improvements in our coordination practices have been both significant and rewarding.

Moving into our office space has created new opportunities for our valued clients to attend in-person appointments in a welcoming, accessible environment.

We are now 2 months in operating Clear Thoughts Coordination. We have made some super awesome milestones and successes for our loved clients, in such a short space of time and would love to share.

In this space, Support Coordination has assisted NDIS participants in Home Modifications, prosthetics, high assistive technology and mid cost including electric wheelchairs along with planning reviews. We have worked closely with stakeholders and very well respected practitioners to ensure the client reaches full potential with appropriate clinical assistance.

We have guided new participants through the scheme and linked all necessary supports, to reach the goals of that participant. We have even expanded our assistance all the way to sunny Geraldton

I cannot thank the community, providers and people on ground level enough for the up most welcome and support in the business' first steps in the sector. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I truly hope we can bring positivity, hope and trust to our participants NDIS journey.
