Working with this company (Clear Thoughts Coordination) has been an extreme pleasure, navigating the NDIS system was a nightmare until I was referred to Clear thoughts, they have taken over and have certainly taken the pressure off me. Their response to my questions and concerns are addressed instantly, I have found Terri and Renae to be very professional, caring, and have my best interest firmly placed in there hearts  

 

Working with Clear Thoughts has been fantastic from the beginning. The team hold lots of experience and professionalism. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend the team.

 

Good clear direction; very responsive, eager to assist clients and always happy to receive feedback. Most importantly, Terri will ask if she is unsure of something; a great strength to have when working for vulnerable clients.

I am a Community Engagement advisor for an NDIS SIL & SDA provider. I have worked with Clear thoughts in the capacity of transiting an NDIS participant into a SIL home within a short timeframe.
I found the Support Coordination for this participant to be professional, transparent and person centred. The participants needs were at the forefront of any discussions and decisions. The participant received as much support as she felt comfortable with when
transitioning to her new home from her support coordination team. The team at Clear thoughts Coordination are flexible, compassionate, yet understand the NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements for Support Independent living. From
ensuring consent is provided to share documents, liaising with the Office of the pubic advocate and working with families. It has been a pleasure to work alongside this team to ensure the best outcome for the participant

 

Terri and I have worked closely over the last 2+ years to manage a mutual client. This client has seen nothing but benefit from Terri being on their case. Terri has demonstrated care and service above and beyond what I have seen from Coordinators in my experience, and I have always found her as a reliable, conscientious, authentic and (more than anything else) highly effective advocate for her clients. Terri has worked to find timely and practical solutions to any and all of the multidisciplinary/ complex issues that have come up, and I have referred others onward to her as a result.
