Complaints

To make a complaint, you can email your complaint to admin@clearthoughts.net.au or you can also submit a complaint anonymously by completing our anonymous complaints and feedback form below, or by contacting our Complaints Manager.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, or if you prefer not to raise it with us directly, you may contact the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) at any time by calling 1800 035 544, attending an NDIS office in person, or by going to ndis.gov.au for further information.

We are committed to handling all feedback and complaints respectfully, fairly, and in a timely manner.
